Silverbull, with the IVCM news...

At the very least, Titan would not had acquired IVCM for them to simply sit and fade away. We might not know it yet, but they have done this because they have plans to use IVCM. From doing a quick scan on Titan, I would like to think major plans.

I'm still on vacation and I have not had the time to research and digest the news very much just yet. From first glance, I have a few thoughts that could justify why such actions were taken, but I must depart and definitely will need more time.

Heck, wifey is telling me to get off of the computer now (LOL).
