You know, people saying lies, people saying its real but when you buckle down and do some research deep into things you find some pretty interesting stuff.

Please understand that this is IMO only. I hold a position but I also am angry just like alot of others, so here we go.

1) FORT WAYNE, IN, Apr 17, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO S. Jared Hochstedler announced today that during the first quarter of 2008 the company shipped in excess of $500,000 (USD) of "BioMagic" to Green and Blue Solutions, the company's Korean Distributor.

There is no such Green and blue solutions. Thank god the army has perks of being able to contact people over there. (unless its under another name ofcourse)

2) Hochstedler further commented, "I would like to further update all shareholders concerning the new E-Commerce site. Orders have been pouring in and the hits on the website have jumped substantially in the last 24 hours.

You can do a check on the net to see how many hits a certain site gets. By all calculations on the 24 hour time frame he was speaking of, he made it sound like the cure for cancer just came in and people were signing up like crazy. YOU DO NOT! get a ton of service over night or within a 7 day period just by investors. Will not happen.

3) Hochstedler commented, "Our sales team continues to knock the cover off the ball. Bill and Owen are doing a fantastic job in bringing these monster opportunities to our company. Marathon Oil Convenience store chain will be utilizing our products for self use as well as resale to retail consumers.

Jobbers only and no locations have been verified to have the products at all.

4) This site will serve as the gateway between solution providers and Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart seeks to identify solutions that can be integrated into their current operations. If a solution appears promising, additional steps will be provided towards a procurement dialog directly with Wal-Mart.

Walmart has a regulated process of allowing pitches to sell your products through their stores. It is a interview process and is widely used in this way. Walmart does not go through other companies to bring more options to the table. they do it all themselves. Look up walmart and research it. Youll see what I mean.

5) CEO Jared Hochstedler stated, "In conjunction with the ECO merger and the contacts that Bill White and Owen Stern have brought to EESO we are now able to begin to supply up to 1,500 Convenience stores with coffee, cappuccino, espresso, smoothies and ice tea. The average yearly revenue from each store is estimated to reach $14,000 per year. This initiative will not detract from the previously announced efforts and project, but will be a division unto its own."

Kind of reminds you about a certain special soup company that sad that their sales were Gynormous!! and they posted how much the store in which the soup was being sold as how much the company made. Btw, has nothing to do with enzymes and neither did the soup with the store profits.

Lastly,

This press release contains certain "forward-looking" statements, as defined in the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Statements, which are not historical facts, are forward-looking statements. The Company, through its management, makes forward-looking public statements concerning it expected future operations, performance and other developments. Such forward-looking statements are necessarily estimates reflecting the Company's best judgment based upon current information and involve a number of risks and uncertainties, and there can be no factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those estimated by the Company. They include, but are not limited to, the Company's ability to develop operations, the Company's ability to consummate and complete the acquisition, the Company's access to future capital, the successful integration of acquired companies, government regulation, managing and maintaining growth, the effect of adverse publicity, litigation, competition, sales and other factors that may be identified from time to time in the Company's public announcements

They put this at the end of each press release for a reason. Its a protection claus.

Lies? Real? I don't know anymore. Honestly I don't. I feel screwed like alot of others and stuff like this is coming to light every time you dive deeper.
