I dont think there will be an R/S, Seeing that we have an low float. I think we are being aquired by an holding company and they have plans of R/M one of their holdings into ICVM.

The total shares outstanding for IVI Communications as of 6-18-2008 were 399,999,991 shares outstanding with 348,635,142 shares free trading and 51,364,849 shares restricted with 400,000,000 shares authorized
