This is mind-numbing: I'm having a hard time figuring out our p/e. Can anyone help?

I'm working with 39 mil. outstanding
.11 share price
51 mil (very conservative) assets
15 mil in earnings.

I'm getting numbers that don't make sense, they are so rediculous.
