If the headline had read GTC recieves $3 million in upfront payments, I wonder if the reaction would have been different?

Reminds me of INGN headline news. Does OVATION even have $257 million to give to anyone?

But they did do a deal before the meeting, so that at least proves jessie was right. And the stock is up 13 cents, which is better than down.

I think the RS will be approved by a narrow margin, and in the long run a RS will be better for GTC. But since non-votes count as a no, I think it is too close to call.
