Newbie here. I am grateful for the incredible education I am receiving due to this outstanding board. Not a big player 13K @.61 but this is definitely my largest holding. I was on vacation last week and came back to attempt to read about what happened here. Would someone mind telling me what this "poison pill disclosure" was/is? Thank you.
