rockitt, keep in mind the stock can be shorted by any market maker -- they do this on a routine basis when tops on charts are reached. institutional traders can and do, and even some retailers can play the short side, if they meet certain criteria.
this said, i think the whole "shorting" discussion, as some sort of conspiracy, is really overplayed. anyone going short for a sustained period could really get burned badly on this stock. jmho.
