C2C Zeolite Corporation Signs a Letter Of Intent for Expansion into the U.S. with GSA Resources of Tucson, Arizona and SOMEZ of Montpellier, France

Calgary, Alberta CANADA, May 04, 2004 /FSC/ - C2C Zeolite Corporation (CZC - TSX Venture), (C2C), GSA Resources Inc.
(GSA) and Soci?t? M?ditarran?enne des Z?olithes, s.a.r.l, (SOMEZ) Letter of Intent calls for the creation of a jointly held Corporation. The jointly owned Corporation is to acquire and manage a zeolite processing plant in Arizona to produce zeolite products for the domestic and overseas markets developed by the parties..Since the signing of a Collaborative Commerce Agreement in July of 2002 C2C and GSA have conducted Research and Product Development on GSA?s Bowie Arizona chabazite zeolite deposit (Bowie) utilizing C2C?s zeolite technologies in cementing applications.

Since 1987 SOMEZ has produces a wide range of specialty zeolite products for the water treatment, gas purification, environmental, and the nuclear industries. SOMEZ has established close working relationships with zeolite producing companies in Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East which supply them zeolites for the manufacture of their specialty products.

GSA and SOMEZ have collaborated in the development of modified zeolites for the gas purification and nuclear industries in Europe utilizing the Bowie zeolite.
