China. Current plans call for the Company to expand to 4,000 franchised stores
in 2008, and reach upwards of up to 15,000 locations by the end of 2010.

management update to its followers as a follow up. As of June 20 2008 there are
3 distribution centers in operation. The current number of franchise stores is
1811. The current number of Gas stations with Petro China Marketing company is
512. The current number of stores being serviced for Beijing SJJJF Supermarket
Chain, (SJJ) is 550.
The issuer has set a very aggressive 3 year expansion plan to include a total of
19 logistics centers, handling approximately 8,000 vendors, 50,000 network
shops, and distribution of more than 50 billion Yuan (nearly $7 billion USD) in
products annually. The issuer has enjoyed meteoric growth rate over the last 10
years, becoming the largest chain store network of convenience stores in rural
China. Current plans call for the Company to expand to 4,000 franchised stores
in 2008, and reach upwards of up to 15,000 locations by the end of 2010.
