Actually Tom there were quite a number of posts this afternoon about possible reasons, I doubt we will have a definitive answer any time soon.
Here were a couple ideas I saw being floated

PP sellers from 1 1/2 yrs ago
Shorts
MM manipulation
Selling for margin calls
Reducing the share price to load big orders
Buyers from .40 selling

..probably a few I missed
