What was the offering price of the supposed buy out? Why haven't the shareholders been informed and given a vote against the offer? It must be hostile not friendly. Is there really an offer?

My point exactly!!

Some here may say that WE (the shareholders) have control over this stock. How can that be if we, the owners of the stock, are not worthy of hearing the information surrounding this buyout offer.

I'm also flattered that the recent PR mentioned the NAO connection with the stock. Thanks for bringing that up CaptainD!!
