Why should there be any authority in regards to exchanging information. Appropriate authorities to specific illegalities would naturally apply. If I threatened someone's life, it would be a matter for the police. If I relayed insider information about a publicly traded stock, it would be the SEC's concern. Etc.

I believe ANY opinion should be allowed on the net, although we certainly are exposed to a plethora of stupid ones.
