Why are you putting words into my mouth? I have stated before that I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM. That being said, their choice and approach towards financing is unbelievable. It is NOT "all good" even if the proceeds go into the company. They could have had the same proceeds go into the company at a much higher pps with factors less dilution into the float thereby making long term investors achieve multiples on their return (if there ever is any). Say we land 20 million in profit next year, well because of their dilution method I will only see a third of what I should have received, and that's a continuous loss. Every investor should be concerned and angry about the course they've taken. I have made it my decision to flip this stock, at least in the near term, as their diluting and pausing of dilution follow very strong trends. If I didn't see the trends then I probably would have just walked away after selling this morning.
