My two cents
I would like to make a couple of unsolicited comments about 2 recent developments.
I am basing those comments on my business not scientific experience.

1-When a company announces a reverse split it is a desperation move on company's part.
It is a signal that things are not well with the company, and that the future prospect do not look
promising. There is a hole litany of things that I could list why it is so, but
most of it boils down to the fact that company has and will have problems obtaining money for operating and developmental projects.
I will say just this, it is definitely a good sign that Entremed is resisting a reverse split.
I will not speculate why Entremed is doing it.
2- Today's` announcement could be a good sign.
Especially this- " Partnering, particularly for ENMD-2076, is a principal goal of the Company in 2008".
Why is it different from all those previous pronouncements?
Timing, 2076 and Panzem has a lot to do with it.
I could go into a lengthy speculation but that would be futile.
Do not get me wrong, we have not reached nirvana yet.

Partnering, particularly for ENMD-2076, is a principal goal of the Company in 2008. We welcome
