There will always be a forseable reason why things happen or not. I'm never that involved as to those specifics or minute details. It's not required. Sure they have ther place and to each his own in how he or she invests and all that good stuff. For example, when the market started to tank in Real Estate, I knew why of course and why some areas in our country where more effected than others but when it came done to it all, what mattered most was when to buy and when to get out,,thats it,,there will always be fluctuations of course and that's a part of it.
