I'd say that means the testing is finished for SAM #1 and that it went well.

These have been a real blast. Watching them go from raw materials and wondering "what is that?". Seeing them get painted and assembled while guessing what each part does and where it goes.

The best part is, it looks like many of those educated guesses were right on. I realize we still have no clue about all of the details and functions of this latest high tech custom equipment, but at least we had a workable basic play-by-play to guide us through the creation process we witnessed.
