cliff on CNOA. Well to assume the P/E will grow from 3 unless revenues and earnings grow would be breaking another rule! However I do think a P/E of 3 provides a very minimum amount of risk. I am frustrated that I couldn't determine the amount of growth the Dahlia expansion would provide. And since it isn't a US company I probably can't just call the CEO and ask..., though admittedly I haven't tried yet.

And yes - that should be rule #13. It is on the edge with it being kind of related. If they were selling rice and suddenly decided to sell computers too I wouldn't definitely hit the sell button no questions asked.
