The problem is that Larry is not an official representative of the company. How many times does NSOL have to say it, "the only authorized representatives of the company are: Patrick Herda, Ken Faith, Jack Young and Fred Frisco and the only authorized investor relations telephone number is [phone]."

Of course Larry is going to say the right things to you on the phone. For that matter so will Fred Frisco.

I have personally spoke with Fred Fricso on 3 occasions over the years and each time he has set my mind at ease. He makes me feel comfortable with my investment and he assures me that all is well. The problem is that everything he ever told me failed to materialize.

He personally told me that Tom's River would break ground in Summer of 2006, amongst other things. For me, I have learned that it is best NOT to call because it only clouds the reality of the situation. But go ahead and call Larry if it makes you feel better.
