One thing to look for is whether the price moves significantly on large buying or selling. In the past month we saw the OS tighten up. It took less volume to move the price in either direction.

If that changes and it takes huge volume to move the price then it's likely they released the 500M shares into the OS.If they did that I don't see how anyone can paint it as a positive.
