1. Try putting www.osc.gov.on.ca into your browser.
2. On the initial OSC site that comes up, hit "English "
3. On their home page that comes up next, under Enforcement section hit " Enforcement Proceedings "
4. Hit the letter P in the alphabet series across an area near the top
5. Scroll down to Pharm Control
6. Go to January 9, 2008 ...Reasons and Decisions...Stanton DeFreitas
