rockitt, i see you're all about "accuracy" (and little chuckling asides "hehe") but it looks to me like you might be basing your figures on the OS when it was 115.85M shares:

(in the spirit of "accuracy" i'll say the float listed on yahoo is wrong, and the 28.82M number in the ibox is correct)

the OS is now ~175M after the private placement. i suppose we could all whip out our calculators and try to figure out the exact insider ownership now, right down to the third decimal, but what would be the point of that?

i looked through your history and noticed you are pretty bullish on IDCC. that stock has 1.58% owned by insiders. where's their incentive to grow the company? should that 1.58% make anyone feel better about their investment?

fwiw, one of the "positives" dahlman rose lists on their research for DPDW, one of the reasons they are very bullish on the stock, is due to the very large % of insider ownership.

as i've said before, i don't really give a flying fig what any retailer does anymore. short of calling management up and asking them to start dumping their positions, maybe the best option for you is to sell and move on... i don't see how complaining about this on a message board will add up to a hill o' beans. seriously.

finally, i have to say you're sounding a bit confused (or perhaps just manipulative) as you beat the drum here, complaining bitterly about the "unhealthy" insider ownership, and yet closing your posts with:

Deep Down will ROCK!!!
rockitt

or...

Long DPDW !!!!

i could do with a few less exclamation marks, and a little more consistency from you... hehe.

good luck.
