Brad, I would agree with that, although I know of no company where insiders don't own their own stock. It also makes a difference to me if they acquired their equity positions or they were handed to them. The capital structure of DDI prior to the recent conversions of stock and I beleive a reverse merger in the beginning was murky to me.
I am just trying to figure out a few things to better understand where these guys are coming from. I am not trying to be negative here, simply continuing some DD.
