Insider holdings at this level is great! If I might use Mittal as an example again. Mr. Mittal has owned up to 88% of the worlds largest steel producer. At around $100 per share it has not hurt a thing. I fail to see how large insider positions does anything but give these individuals incentive for an appreciated share price. Usually small insider share positions are a sure sign to stay away for most investors.
