Okay, here is something to consider as we see the naysayers pick at the same scabs...

NSOL has engaged in a refocused strategy based on market conditions. That is, the vagaries of the market opportunities have caused a shift from nanotech batteries, to remediating tritiated water, to creating technology to aid in checking cargo, then to the iterations of Tom's River, etc. But, in fact, it is within the purview of the organization's strategic choices to determine when the market conditions create such an influence as to require switching strategies. As shareholders, we either accept this or not; but we have no means by which to accurately assess the realities of the market, nor the decisions by the firm during this time of uncertainty.

However - and this is the part that long time shareholders struggle with and bashers use to bash - when firms make such strategic choices, they are changing and exaggerating the expectations for future performance and, thereby, increasing uncertainty. For a small firm with an unproven track record, this causes an imbalance and, subsequently, a volatility in stock performance. Yet, it is this uncertainty that creates the greatest conditions for market success. And, again, we have no means to assess those choices at this point; other than to buy the stock or sell it.

Have a good weekend.
