It's too bad that it ISN'T the company selling stock...at least then they could say they raised additional working capital for future growth and expansion. I certainly hope they raised enough during their last round of financing for the future...because after the performance of the stock price, it might be very difficult to get future funds (without diluting).

Prediction, the time to buy will be next week.
