The issue here for long-term holders is not the MMs or the pumpers or the day traders or the short sellers.


The issue here is whether the company has put out false and misleading news releases in order to encourage buyers of their stock and then dumps more of their shares at the bid and at a loss to the investor.


Pink Sheets stocks are risky if a company does not wish to file any financials.
