IMO... the only reason an entity (either the company or a third party) brings in a stock promoter is that someone associated with them is planning to drop shares in the open market ("maybe" also to make it more attractive for restricted private placements and "maybe" a teensy bit of keeping investors informed but neither worth more than a mention).

It seems to me that anyone playing this game has got to know this and if you trade the hype you're goal is to beat the dump and if you (the trader) lose, you just weren't good enough and pointing fingers is standing on a soapbox and saying "Look at me... DOH!"

IMO an IR or promotion company would know this better than anyone and probably have a better feel for timing and even if not the company that gets hired, might choose to join in on the action. In the end... who did what doesn't really matter to the rest of us. Its becoming a faster, tougher game.

If I want to invest... or mid-term swing, I need the company that is producing and not promoting.

Its pretty clear to me where SGGC fits in.

(q-- stating the obvious... gotta let that junk leak out once in a while to keep the head from exploding...lol)
