It is kind of funny about the test scores and IQ for police officers. When my son was asked what his parents did he told them that they were both scientists. I have three sons and the two with modest intelligence were recruited hard. The one that is probably smarter than I am did not get recruited. He seems to want to know why he is given a specific order. The other two speak up an voice an opinion but strap it on and get the job done. That is the kind they want.
