I'm sorry but I don't believe the otc market is in a world of it's own. think back on the market crash of 2000. all otc stocks got hammered first then the rest of the market got hammered accordingly. Money leaves the highly speculative stocks first and so on. Maybe the markets are in more trouble than we are led to believe. Regardless though, I think now is a good time to buy. This company has a market cap of 30 million. That to me is a reasonable time to buy shares as it has 28 million in equipment and 7 million in net profit.
