Manufacturing Department (2nd Shift) We currently have open full-time second shift positions in our mix room. Experience with pneumatic and electric power tools required. Ability to read general blueprints along with some machining; woodworking and/or auto body experience is a plus. Must be flexible and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Employees will be cross-trained in multiple departments.
SolidWorks Designer/Draftsperson We are seeking an experienced Designer/Drafter with a strong work ethic who is detail-oriented to perform various 3D modeling tasks using SolidWorks. This position will require development of designs from engineering concepts, the creation of drawings for customer and manufacturing, and creation of work instructions. A minimum of 2 years SolidWorks experience is preferred. The flexibility of the position might also lend itself to a Mechanical Engineer with the same general job description.
Project Manager The prospective Project Manager will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and tracking compliance with project schedules and working with the QA and Engineering Departments on developing and executing test programs to qualify products per customer requirements. This position will also require monitoring and working cohesively with internal personnel on all phases including but not limited to proposal, engineering, procurement, scheduling, quality, and delivery. Professional interaction and communication with global customers is of great importance.
Materials Engineer We have the need for a Materials Engineer who will develop and define the processing and testing of the materials used to create a range of products. In this position you will be responsible for determining the causes of product failure and the testing of materials to maintain quality as well as having the ability to create and then study new materials at an atomic level, using advanced processes to replicate the characteristics of materials and their components. This person will also be responsible for all necessary qualification testing for new and existing materials and keeping a database of all testing for customer review.
R&D Engineer This position will have ownership of and the responsibility to design, develop and test new products and product improvements as well as ensuring the fit, form and function of product designs and developing test plans to validate designs. The R&D Engineer will also be involved in design and implementation of improved process technology, to include developing and implementing optimal cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
