its been having the right sector-right time since a year now...and every time this runs a little, they add a billion...now its at rock bottom and the company still needs money to get all their certifications and marketing out so I think they will R/S this a 1000:1 before they add another billion...now if you call a touch to the 3's as a run then maybe you will get a run in the days before the R/S is announced
