Groove- I'm not sure where you get the idea that commercial loans often require some sort of an advanced fee, but I can assure you that any LEGITIMATE company can get a loan WITHOUT having to pay the fee. I might also add that a LEGITIMATE funding source does not require an advanced fee. In fact, we're taught in business 101 that advance fee loans are something that you generally want to stay away from.

As far as Bill insinuating that the doors are ready to be shut...that comes from something the company said about needing $300,000 IMMEDIATELY to pay vendors etc. Do you understand the concept of bankruptcy? It's when a company runs out of money and can no longer pay anyone (i.e. salaries to executives).

I stand firmly behind my assertion that I believe management will take a pay cut ONLY after there is no way they are going to milk any more money out of "investors". And if I'm wrong, I will NOT apologize to management. They are weasles through and through.

You're a good guy. I just happen to disagree with your logic.
