I may be a simplistic thinker but I believe my thought process is logical. Please explain something to me. 1. NVC has the tech , it works and they need money. 2. You have money and want to participate in the tech development. 3. These 2 seemingly made for each other situations cannot be reconciled.

My point is that something just does not seem to make sense here. Someone is lying or misrepresenting something here. I do not believe that NVC has the tech , I do not believe you have seen it work and I do not believe your statements about having access to $150 million.

I have clearly stated my motives here. I wonder what yours are? If I had access to $150 million there is no way you would catch me messing with this bogus enterprise.
