I believe they will because we've been collecting essentially nuisance fees to date. I don't think we've been collecting industry standard fees. With more credibility behind the MMP (via a positive USPTO outcome) we will have a more defensable position from which to negotiate, and I do believe we'll come with a large set of teeth as well.
