Sheets:BWDT) today announced that it has acquired Rev Media, Inc., a company
formed to create www.revlounge.com. The website will offer consumers the ability
to enjoy concerts real-time via the Internet from popular live music venues.

Blue Wireless & Data, Inc. ("Blue") offers a full range of technology services
for multi-use commercial and entertainment areas including Internet bandwidth,
wireless internet access, audio and visual equipment, VoIP telephone, and IT
relocation services. Blue will provide the IT management for Rev Media as the
company builds out the technology and equipment infrastructure essential to
stream live performances.
