WHO CREATED THE SINGLE ESCHERICHIA COLI BACTERIUM?
GOD DID.
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
**Every person will STILL have to bow their knee and be judged by the God of the bible- Jesus the Messiah.
And since...the Word says he did not use evolution to do it, then those whom do are telling God they know more than He.
