Indeed, Joe. That PBR cert has paved the way for some significant contracts already and many more to come in the future, IMO.
With Flotec and EW now under the same umbrella, it'd be interesting to see if any "smart buoyancy" products (fiber optics/sensors/monitoring combined with buoyancy) may come out of R & D along the lines of the "smart composites"/shape sensing mat mentioned in this article:
