I'm really not sure that is even put out as a PR, because it doesn't show up yet on yahoo or ameritrade. I pulled it from RagingBull-sh@t.

Take it for what its worth.

They need to file a contract with the proper paper work to the SEC (8K I believe), if they even have one.
