here is my reply to someone who PM'd me. we were having a bullish discussion behind the scenes, and i thought, "why keep the convo private?"

indeed, those "penny traders" who thought they could flip might be in for a very rude awakening. DR's boys in the private placement have every incentive now to do two things:
1. get the share price as high as possible before they let go of even a partial position.
and...
2. locate a new crowd of institutional investors to buy their shares when it gets to that point.
this is going to be a heck of a lot of fun. i can already see the bigger money taking good care of the chart. that initial "retail panic" dip we took on the news was supported well, and the rally that followed is a good indication of things to come.
i would venture a guess the majority of the float is now in the hands of long term shareholders who see the value and aren't the least bit inclinded to monetize their shares prematurely. jmho.
