The majority of the warrants were for given to the directors/management in lieu of pay. It seems like management is expecting the SP to go much higher if they are preparing the 16 million shares to become available to be bought and the warrants to be exercised at prices up in the 40 cents!! This is about as bullish as it gets!! I surmise that something big is about to happen with the latest SEC filing from June 5. I'd say this rocket ship is ready to blast off!!!!
