Yes, that's true. What can you do? At least that loss is, to greater or lesser degree, offset by the fees already collected from users, even if that revenue source is closed off in future, which still seems unlikely, given any learned opinion I've read. Judges need a good reason to overturn current law, especially knowing that, if they did, they'd be creating turmoil in the process. We'll just have to wait and see. Mainly, I'm just commenting on the doom and gloom scenario painted by MIKE/ehwest and noting that his opinion isn't what I would describe as balanced. It's possible he's right but it's still not the end of the world if he is.
