There is no way a RS will only be 10:1. I suspect it will be at least 10,000:1. Sandy is still trying to sell shares, but the interest is now gone as is shown by the lack of volume. He will continue to to try to dilute until he is sure that he cant get any more buyes, then he will lower the OS. This is standard proceedure with his companies. Once the split comes, existing shareholders will be the ones hurt. BKMP will cease to exist and the focus will be on Happy Encounters. Will he be able to sell shares then? I certainly hope not. We shall see what we shall see.
