talk of class action lawsuits is nothing more than that, talk. people who don't know what they are talking about write stuff like that when they realize that they invested poorly and are seeking someone else to blame for their own foolish decisions. you can't file a class action simply because you lost money. you have to prove wrongdoing and if you do that, the feds will get them first. also, you can't get blood from a turnip. there is no money for any kind of settlement. a cal would cost more than you could ever hope to gain. so please, while losing money sucks, don't make yourselves even more foolish by levying empty threats.
