It always bothered me when I read, Pandey did this, he did that and some even blame him for global warming. All this
without any convictions regarding the legal issues that have been drawn out and caused the SEC to get involved.

It will be interesting to what happens with the India issue!

If it turns out that Pandey actually didn't do all these things he is accused of I wouldn't want to be the accusers!

Legally they could have a mess on their hands
