DD, it's just my opinion, of course, but they were dead wrong about him and I'm not just saying that, I've spent two months looking through this stuff. Did he (DP) make mistakes, yes, did he steal anything, not from what I can see.

As I've said before, at least as of last May there where a lot of positives on the horizon... He's willing to jump back in, put the past behind him and do what he thinks is needed to turn it around and groom a new CEO... There's a team ready to help out as well. The ball is in the hands of the other board members, they can keep supporting the sinking ship or they can give Dr. Pandey a shot at fixing this. Of course, by board members I mean Steve Burg and Martin Biggs, I dont' see Dr. Swift voting for a change...
