Then explain how some of the things that "so called IR" says happened?
1. Seaway Capital acquired a shell for approximately $300k a little under a year ago. WRONG - NO CASH WAS PAID FOR THE SHELL, just an assumption of the debt stated which was 1 CD!
2. The CEO receives a salary of $125k per year.
How does Tom say "Wisebuys" owed me $250k from prior to SWVC purchasing the company, yet this was not disclosed anywhere that this debt existed and all of the sudden "Wisebuys owed him"? How much more had he funded Wisebuys that he didn't get paid for? YET...
3. Tom has personally invested $3M of his money into Seaway Valley (that did say "Seaway Valley and/OR Wisebuys" which you happened to miss on this) of which I have no doubt he was in to Wisebuys for 3 million, probably more the way they were sucking off monies. Is there anything stating he has put a single DIME into SWVC other than using SWVC shareholders to get him out from under losing even more money to Wisebuys?
4. Tom's family has personally invested $1M of their money into Seaway Valley. (again, in Wisebuys to keep it open until shareholders could then pay for it)
5. Other than a repayment of a $250k loan, neither Tom, nor his family to date, have received any proceeds or return on their investment. No, but they own 95% of SWVC now, which they can't be diluted out of!
