It was not promised and you know it. If you were really ignorant enough to take that as a promise, why should anybody listen to anything you say? The word they used was "expected", and you know very well that companies often run over their expected time frames. In addition, they did not say it would be PR'd right away. I would not doubt it if they are waiting until they are getting product on shelves before they give the big PR. Why would they want everybody interrogating the distribution co. as soon as they PR the info.?
RR did not destroy his rep in 4 weeks either. It's only been 2 weeks since they were supposed to have completed the big distribution deal, and you don't even have proof that they have not done that.
That said, some kind of communication would be appreciated.
