The area that took all the selling right after the announcement should be the new hard bottom. No debt...increased revenues...lower expenses..new shares locked up for year or more (hopefully)..Not a lot to not love about this as long as these shares are restricted ..
And from what I've seen..Investment bankers don't go around touting OTC-bb companies..Tends to be bad for future business if the company doesn't make it.
