so far yours is the most thought out post i have read today, (no offense to anyone)it's only obvious that this has been the intention of dpdw management for quite sometime now and imo they have done everything right to get to where they are today!

for those of you that think this was a bad deal imo you are off your rocker -no debt with an additional 2 million to the bottom line -flotec is paid for and has already accumalated 23 million dollars in revenue since inception -i too firmly believe that when the deal was written the pps was in sync with the terms -you also have to consider they bought 40 million freakin dollars of dpdw!!!!!!!!!!!

all in all i'd say today was the start of a new tommorrow -but keep in mind this isnt even the start of whats to come(JMHO)
