"Accredited investors" usually get sec 144 stock with a 9 month to 12 month lock up and, they don't need to risk $$, with no tax write-off for a less than a phenominal return. Use your imagination what these high net worth guys would look for.
So DR couldn't promise anything definite, but they could do the (wink,wink) promise substantial gains. After all we have institutional investors involved a couple of which will probably fight for financing the next acquisition. They had $14.5 million in Flotec orders already in press release and after today they couldn't be upset with an acquisition that in 3 orders has exceeded the prior year's revenue. With all the great industry contacts I don't think Flotec will just have three orders.
Another thing is that I'll go out on a limb and venture that Flotec has a higher gross profit than DDI.
Add this to your post and I see another acquisition and an uplisting by year end. JMHO. Hank

DR doesn't do otcbb companies.
I simply can't see Gene Butler and DR doing a roadshow to folks willing to collectively pony up $40MM and saying "yep, we have the best company on the whole gosh-dang otcbb and your money will let us keep it that way". No way. No how.
Come to think it through, I am more sure than ever before DPDW is going to uplist, I am sure this was part of their dog and pony show, and I am even more sure that much of the rise we have seen recently is due to insts wanting more than they could take down in the PP.
